Huggable Textiles welcome enquiries from genuine trade customers worldwide.

Not only do trade customers benefit from our trade prices, but from our years of knowledge in identifying key products and supplying them ‘before you need them’.

To be considered for a trade account, in the first instance please create an account on our website. Then send an email to trade@huggabletextiles.com quoting your new account name and a request for an account. You must include the following information in your email:

  • Company name and registration number
  • VAT number (if applicable)
  • Physical address of store(s) and / or online marketplaces that you sell on (online seller name required).
  • Type of products already sold.

Please be aware that not all applicants are successful. If we consider that you are not a bone fide trader, or we already have a client in your proximity you may be refused. You will normally be notified within 72 hours if your application has been successful or not.

Sorry, but we do not accept applications from those looking for dropshippers.

If your application is successful, you will then gain access to our trade prices, along with very competitive shipping charges. Full details will be sent to you, as well as how to order, upon approval.

Please note that orders will only be despatched once full payment, including shipping charges, has been received. No exceptions. Any order discrepancies will be dealt with in a swift manner.

As a trade customer, you should remember that we do not do ‘sale or return’ on any goods. Any faulty goods should be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt, upon which we will issue a refund, credit, or resend the goods at our discretion.
